3/4 cup sugar
5 teaspoons cornstarch
1-1/2 cups cold water
1 package (3 ounces) peach, apricot or orange gelatin
1-1/2 cups frozen unsweetened peach slices, thawed
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon 2% milk
1-1/2 cups whipped topping
1 graham cracker crust (10 inches)

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in water until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat; whisk in gelatin until dissolved. Add peaches. 2 c whipping cream
2 - 8 oz softened, cream cheese
2/3 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 - 5 ripe, peeled and sliced fresh peaches
graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • 1. In a medium sized bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • 2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add the sugar and vanilla extract and beat until thoroughly blended.
