- In a large bowl add AVOCADOS halved & peeled, JALAPEÑOS quartered & chopped, ONION chopped. Quarter LIME & squeeze 3 LIME quarters over ingredients. Add GARLIC POWDER, SALT & PEPPER to taste. Mix until all ingredients are blended. Don't mix too long; it's good to have some texture and larger bits of AVOCADO. Transfer into a smaller bowl. Squeeze remaining quarter of lime over top of guac to cover any part exposed to air. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.
