Tips:

  • Use a high-quality chocolate for the ganache. A good quality chocolate will result in a richer, more flavorful ganache.
  • Make sure the cream is hot when you add it to the chocolate. This will help the chocolate to melt smoothly and evenly.
  • Stir the ganache constantly until it is smooth and creamy. Do not overmix, or the ganache will become grainy.
  • Allow the ganache to cool slightly before pouring it over the peanut butter layer. This will help to prevent the ganache from melting the peanut butter.
  • Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours before serving. This will allow the ganache to set properly.

These peanut butter ganache bars are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. The combination of peanut butter and chocolate is always a winner, and the ganache layer adds a rich and decadent touch. These bars are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them!
