Tips:

  • For the best results, use a high-quality peanut butter. This will give the pie a rich, creamy flavor.
  • Be sure to chill the pie crust before baking. This will help to prevent the crust from shrinking and becoming too crispy.
  • When making the peanut butter filling, be sure to cook it over medium heat and stir constantly. This will help to prevent the filling from scorching.
  • Once the peanut butter filling has thickened, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly before adding the cream cheese. This will help to prevent the cream cheese from curdling.
  • When making the whipped cream topping, be sure to use cold cream. This will help the whipped cream to hold its shape.

This peanut butterfinger cream pie is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. The creamy peanut butter filling and the crunchy chocolate finger crust are a perfect combination that will satisfy your sweet tooth.
