1/4 c vegetable oil
2/3 c milk
FILLING
pepperoni
shredded mozzarella cheese
TOPPING
Parmesan cheese
olive oil

  • 5. Roll up the dough.
  • 6. Pinch the ends.
  • 7. Brush with olive oil then top with Parmesan cheese.
  • 8. Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool then slice. *Optional: Serve with a side of marinara.

Tips:

  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients for the best flavor.
  • Make sure the pepperoni is thinly sliced so that it cooks evenly.
  • If you don't have a stand mixer, you can mix the dough by hand, but it will take a little longer.
  • Be patient when kneading the dough. The more you knead it, the smoother and more elastic it will become.
  • Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size. This will help the bread to be light and fluffy.
  • Brush the top of the bread with melted butter before baking. This will give it a golden brown crust.
  • Serve the bread warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
