½ cup butter
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups milk
½ cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine butter or margarine, flour and chopped walnuts. Mix, then pat into bottom of 9x13 " pan.
  • Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Allow to cool.
  • Beat softened cream cheese with confectioners sugar until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
  • In a medium bowl, combine chocolate pudding mix with 3 cups milk. Mix well and spread over cream cheese mixture.
  • Spread remaining 1/2 container of whipped topping over pudding. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped nuts.

1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 (8 ounce) can mandarin oranges in juice
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
8 ounces Cool Whip
1 (4 ounce) box French vanilla instant pudding

Steps:

  • Preheat oven 350'.
  • In large bowl combine yellow cake mix, mand. oranges, eggs, and oil.(Do Not drain juice from oranges). Mix well.
  • Pour into greased and lightly floured 9x13 cake pan.
  • Bake for 30min.
  • While cake is baking, combine in large bowl, crushed pineapple,(Do Not drain juice),coolwhip, and pudding. Mix well. Put in refrigerator.
  • After cake is done and completely cooled, frost with coolwhip,pudding, p/a mixture. Place finished cake into refrigerator for 1-2hrs. and serve.

230 g light brown sugar
8 medium eggs (room temperature)
340 g self-raising flour
100 g cocoa powder
2 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
generous pinch of salt
10 tablespoons creme fraiche (or sour cream)
2 teaspoons good vanilla extract
(3) 4.5-ounce Giant Kit Kat Bars
(you'll need 36 Kit Kat sticks total)
Ribbon
Dark Chocolate Ganache
Marzipan piggies
1 serving butter cream

Steps:

  • 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C or 350F and prepare two 25-28cm/10 or 11 inch cake tins with baking parchment. 2. Sift dry ingredients together. 3. Cream butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. 4. Gradually beat in the eggs. If it looks like curdling add two tablespoons from the flour mixture. 5. Fold in the flour mixture, and creme fraiche, alternating between the two -starting and ending with the flour. 6. Divide evenly between tins and gently encourage the mix to the sides.Bake for 30-35 mins, until they smell ready and a skewer comes out clean. Let cool 5 mins in tins, then turn on to a wire rack to cool. 7. ice the sides with butter cream, put the kit kat fingers in place and tie with the ribbon. then ice the top with ganache and add your piggies
