Tips:
- Choose the right potatoes: Waxy potatoes such as Yukon Gold or Red Potatoes hold their shape well when cooked and are a good choice for pizza crust.
- Shred the potatoes finely: This will ensure that the potatoes cook evenly.
- Add some flavor to the potato crust: You can add herbs, spices, or grated cheese to the shredded potatoes before shaping them into a pizza crust.
- Don't overload the pizza crust: If you add too many toppings, the pizza crust may become soggy.
- Cook the pizza at a high temperature: This will help the pizza crust to become crispy.
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: This will make a big difference in the taste of your pizza.
- Be creative and experiment: Don't be afraid to try different toppings and flavor combinations.
