Number Of Ingredients 10

1 package (8 ounces) egg noodles
2 cans (14 ounces each) Bavarian sauerkraut, drained
2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1-1/3 cups whole milk
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1-1/2 pounds Polish sausage or kielbasa, halved and cut into 1/2-inch slices
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup soft rye bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Spread sauerkraut in a greased shallow 4-qt. baking dish. Top with noodles. In a large bowl, combine the soup, milk, onion and mustard; pour over the noodles. Top with sausage; sprinkle with cheese., Combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over the top. Cover and bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 (16 ounce) cans sauerkraut, rinsed and drained (I like SilverFloss brand)
1 1/2 lbs kielbasa, diced,rounded,sliced,whatever you prefer
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 1/3 cups milk
1 tablespoon mustard, regular yellow or spicy
8 ounces medium noodles, uncooked
8 ounces shredded swiss cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter

Steps:

  • Combine soup, milk, onion& mustard in bowl and blend well.
  • Spread sauerkraut into greased 13x9 dish and top with the uncooked noodles.
  • Spoon soup mixture over noodles.
  • Cover with keilbasa and cover with cheese.
  • Combine bread crumbs and butter and drizzle over cheese.
  • Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until noodles are tender.

2 can(s) ( 10 3/4 ounces each) cream of mushroom soup
1 1/3 c milk
1/2 c chopped onion
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
2 can(s) (16 ounces each) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 lb polish sausage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 pkg (8 ounces) uncooked medium width noodles
2 c shredded swiss cheese
3/4 c bread crumbs, whole wheat
2 Tbsp butter, melted

Steps:

  • 1. Combine soup, milk, onion and mustard in medium bowl; blend well. Spread sauerkraut in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Top with uncooked noodles. Spoon mixture evenly over top. Top with sausage, then cheese.
  • 2. Combine crumbs and butter in small bowl; sprinkle over top. (I have added parmesan to my breadcrumbs at times)it adds some extra flavor. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until noodles are tender.

2 pkg polish sausage (28 ounces) sliced on the diagonal
1 lb italian sausage, cut in 2 inch pieces after cooking
1 lb lean pork sausage roll(good quality brand)
1 medium bell pepper, red or green, chopped
2 can(s) (54 ounces) franks sauerkraut or your favorite rinsed & drained
1 large can evaporated milk (12 ounces)
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup (26 oz) family size
1 1/2 Tbsp whole grain mustard
1/3 c minced dried onions
1 medium onion sliced thinly & separated
6 c uncooked medium egg noodles
8 oz pkg. shredded sharp cheddar or swiss
8 oz shredded mozzarella
8-10 slice provolone cheese
4 oz freshly shredded parmesan
1 1/2 c panko bread crumbs
1/2 stick butter melted
cooking spray, butter flavor

Steps:

  • 1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES F. Spray a 9X15 X2 inch casserole dish with non stick butter flavored cooking spray.Saute the pork sausage with the green peppers, and whole Italian Sausage links, till browned, then drain fat and cut links into about1 1/2 to 2 inch pieces.
  • 2. In a medium size bowl add mushroom soup,minced onions, evaporated milk,whole grain mustard, and beat with wire whisk till blended.
  • 3. Spread rinsed sauerkraut evenly in bottom of prepared dish, and top with sliced onions.
  • 4. Then top with uncooked noodles, and spread soup mixture evenly over noodles.
  • 5. Next add all of the drained Italian Sausage and Pork Sausage mixture, then top with sliced pieces of polish sausage.
  • 6. Add the sharp cheddar shreds, along with the parmesan and mozzarella, then top with sliced provolone. Mix panko bread crumbs with melted butter in a small bowl and sprinkle over top of cheese. Then spray top of crumbs with non stick cooking spray. Cover dish tightly with lid or aluminum foil, Place on a larger flat pan to catch any potential drips, then bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour & 15 minutes. Remove from oven let set about 10 minutes before serving.
  • 7. Can serve with a salad if desired, but this is a one dish meal all in one. Great for a party or if you are feeding a crowd.

2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 ⅓ cups milk
½ cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 (16 ounce) cans sauerkraut, rinsed and squeezed dry
1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles
1 ½ pounds kielbasa (Polish) sausage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
¾ cup whole wheat bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl combine the soup, milk, onion and mustard. Mix well and set aside.
