A melted marshmallow coating holds together all sorts of goodies in these yummy bars from Edna Hoffman of Hebron, Indiana. The addition of colorful M&M's makes them especially appealing to kids of all ages.

2 cups popped popcorn
2 cups Life cereal
1 cup miniature pretzels
1 cup M&M's, divided
1 package (10 ounces) miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup butter, cubed

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the popcorn, cereal, pretzels and 1/2 cup M&M's. In a microwave, melt marshmallows and butter; stir until smooth. Fold into cereal mixture. , Spread into a greased 11x7-in. dish. Sprinkle with remaining M&M's; press lightly. Cut into bars.

Steps:

  • Pour the peanut butter and honey into a bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted.
  • Mix in the corn flakes, puffed rice cereal, and raisins.
  • Transfer mixture to a parchment-lined 8x8inch (20x20cm) baking pan. Top with mini chocolate chips (optional).

1 cup light corn syrup
1 ½ cups peanut butter
7 cups high protein crisp rice and wheat cereal
1 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • In a large sauce pan, combine sugar and light corn syrup. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the cereal. Pat the cereal mixture into the greased pan.
