1 package lemon cake mix (regular size)
3 large eggs
1-1/3 cups orange juice
1/2 cup canola oil
1 to 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
GLAZE:
2 cups confectioners' sugar
3 to 4 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, orange juice and oil; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes.
