Wiltshire is known for it's pork production. In North America you will see "salisbury steak" on menus in restaurants and diners. It's actually a form of Salisbury Ground Pork Meatloaf but in America it's made with ground beef. I found this recipe while searching for recipes for ZWT.

Tips:
- Use a variety of apples. Different apples provide different flavors and textures to the meatloaf. Try using a mix of sweet and tart apples, such as Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, and Pink Lady.
- Don't overmix the meatloaf. Overmixing can make the meatloaf tough. Mix the ingredients just until they are combined.
- Cook the meatloaf on a rack. This will help the meatloaf cook evenly and prevent it from becoming soggy.
- Let the meatloaf rest before slicing. This will help the meatloaf hold its shape and prevent the juices from running out.
- Serve the meatloaf with your favorite sides. Mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, and gravy are all great options.
