Tips:

  • Choose the right pork chops. For this recipe, you'll want to use boneless pork chops that are about 1/2-inch thick. If you're using thicker chops, you'll need to adjust the cooking time.
  • Season the pork chops well. Pork chops can be a bit bland on their own, so it's important to season them well. You can use a variety of seasonings, such as salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Cook the pork chops over medium heat. This will help to prevent them from drying out. If you cook them over high heat, they'll be more likely to overcook and become tough.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan. If you overcrowd the pan, the pork chops won't cook evenly. Make sure to leave some space between each chop so that they can cook evenly.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the pork chops. They're done cooking when they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the pork chops rest before serving. This will help to keep them juicy and tender.

Conclusion:

Pork chops and cheese potatoes is a classic comfort food dish that's easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser. With a few simple tips, you can make sure that your pork chops and cheese potatoes turn out perfect every time. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy weeknight meal, give this recipe a try. You won't be disappointed!
