¼ teaspoon garlic salt

1 pound boneless pork loin chops, pounded thin
3 tablespoons butter
¼ cup olive oil
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup Marsala wine

Steps:

  • Mix flour, salt ,garlic salt, garlic powder, and oregano together in a medium bowl. Add pork chops, and toss until well coated.

1 Tbs EVOO
1 Tbs freshly chopped Thyme
1/2 tsp ground Black Pepper
3 Tbs Butter
4 cloves minced Garlic
1 finely chopped Shallot
8 oz sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms
1/2 cup Marsala Wine
1/2 cup Heavy Cream

Steps:

  • Rub Thyme and Pepper on both sides of Smithfield® All Natural Boneless Pork Chops
  • Add EVOO to a large skillet and heat over med/high heat
  • When oil is shimmering add Pork Chops to skillet and cook 2-3 minutes each side

4 (4 ounce) boneless center cut pork chops (about 1/2 in. thick)
1/3 cup minced shallot (about 2)
2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic
1 (8 ounce) package sliced mushrooms
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup marsala wine or 1/4 cup dry sherry
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place a 1/4 cup flour in a shallow dish. Dredge pork in flour. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add pork to pan; cook 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove pork from pan.

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 box of crimini mushrooms left whole, stems removed
3/4 cup sweet Marsala wine

1 bunch long green onion, chopped
8 button mushrooms, sliced

1/2 cup dry marsala wine
1 cup beef broth or 1 cup stock
