Tips:

  • Choose the right pork chops: Look for bone-in pork chops that are at least 1 inch thick. This will help them stay moist and flavorful during cooking.
  • Use a good quality horseradish: Freshly grated horseradish is best, but you can also use prepared horseradish from the store. Just make sure it's not too watery.
  • Don't overcook the pork chops: Pork chops are best when they are cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Overcooking will make them dry and tough.
  • Let the pork chops rest before serving: This will help them retain their juices and make them even more tender.
  • Serve the pork chops with your favorite sides: Mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, and green beans are all great options.

Conclusion:

Pork chops with horseradish maple glaze is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. The horseradish and maple syrup create a sweet and tangy glaze that perfectly complements the pork chops. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
