Pork diane is a classic dish that has stood the test of time. It is an elegant, savory, and versatile dish that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Pork diane is typically made with a pork tenderloin, which is cut into medallions and then dredged in flour and lightly browned in butter. The medallions are then removed from the pan and set aside. A sauce is then made in the same pan, using shallots, mushrooms, white wine, and heavy cream. The medallions are then returned to the pan and simmered in the sauce until they are cooked through. Pork diane is typically served with rice or mashed potatoes.
