Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: Fresh, flavorful ingredients will make all the difference in your salad. Look for ripe tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and sweet peppers.
  • Don't overcrowd the salad: A crowded salad will be difficult to toss and the ingredients won't have a chance to shine. Aim for a balance of colors and textures.
  • Don't overdress the salad: A little bit of dressing goes a long way. You can always add more, but it's hard to take it away.
  • Let the salad sit for a bit: This will allow the flavors to meld and the dressing to soak into the ingredients.
  • Garnish the salad with fresh herbs: This will add a pop of color and flavor.
