1 packet frozen pitaya
1 ripe banana, frozen and sliced
1 cup frozen mango
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1/3 cup coconut milk

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • Spoon the smoothie into a bowl.
  • Add fresh fruit, nut butter, granola, or any of your favorite toppings.

1 c mango-infused coconut water (This is a great coconut water)
2 frozen bananas (don't worry if they aren't frozen, you can use fresh ones)
1 large mango, peeled and cut up
3 Tbs pink pitaya powder (or whatever amount gives you the color you like)
1 lb frozen peaches
12 oz frozen cauliflower florets
These are the toppings I used: bee pollen granules, fresh mint leaves, hemp seeds, raw cacao nibs, fresh raspberries (mix it up as you see fit)

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients into the blender, except the toppings.
  • Whiz it up until smooth.
  • Pour into bowls and become an artist with the toppings.
  • Enjoy!

½ cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 teaspoon maple syrup, or to taste
¼ cup fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon almond butter, or to taste
1 tablespoon large coconut flakes, or to taste
1 tablespoon pepitas, or to taste
1 teaspoon chia seeds, or to taste
1 teaspoon bee pollen, or to taste

Steps:

  • Place strawberries, water, pitaya puree, pineapple, and banana in a large high-speed blender. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape the jar as necessary. Taste and stir in maple syrup.

2/3 cup frozen fruit ((I used a mixture of pineapple, peaches, and mangoes))
Optional toppings: almond butter, fresh fruit, coconut flakes, granola

Steps:

  • Add the almond milk, pitaya pack, and frozen fruit into a powerful blender. Blend until smooth. If you like your smoothie on thicker side, add more frozen fruit. If you like your smoothie on the thinner side, add more almond milk/liquid.
  • Top with your favorite toppings.
