- Place the rice in a bowl and cover with 2 cups water. Let stand for 20 minutes, then drain and rinse.

- Turn on a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®) and select the Saute function. Add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste, and fenugreek powder.
