Tips:

  • Choose the right pumpkin puree. Not all pumpkin purees are created equal. For the best results, choose a puree that is made from 100% pumpkin and has no added sugar or spices.
  • Don't overmix the dough. Overmixing the dough will make the biscuits tough. Mix the dough just until it comes together, then stop.
  • Chill the dough before baking. Chilling the dough before baking will help the biscuits rise more evenly.
  • Bake the biscuits until they are golden brown. The biscuits are done baking when they are golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Serve the biscuits warm. Pumpkin walnut biscuits are best served warm, right out of the oven. You can serve them with butter, honey, or your favorite jam.

Conclusion:

Pumpkin walnut biscuits are a delicious and easy-to-make fall treat. They are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. With their warm spices and sweet pumpkin flavor, these biscuits are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them. So next time you're in the mood for something sweet and satisfying, give pumpkin walnut biscuits a try!
