1 pound ground beef
1 small green pepper, chopped

1 lb lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 can(s) mexician style stewed tomatoes
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 c uncooked small shell macaroni

Steps:
