Time 15m

Yield 12 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 9

3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, soft
8 ounces cream cheese, soft
3/4 cup sugar
8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
1 (6 ounce) package raspberry Jell-O gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen unsweetened raspberries, unthawed

Steps:

  • Mix first 3 ingredients to make the crust.
  • Press into a 13x9 pan.
  • For filling--------.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Fold in whipped topping.
  • Spread over crust.
  • Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
  • Stir in frozen raspberries until Jello is about set.
  • Spread over cream cheese filling.
  • Chill.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor. A semisweet or bittersweet chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 60% is ideal.
  • Make sure the butter and cream are very cold before you start making the ganache. This will help the ganache to set properly.
  • If you don't have a candy thermometer, you can test the ganache by dropping a small amount into a bowl of cold water. If the ganache forms a firm ball, it is ready.
  • When coating the raspberries in chocolate, work quickly so that the chocolate doesn't have time to harden. You can also use a toothpick to help you coat the raspberries evenly.
  • Place the coated raspberries on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will help the chocolate to set completely.

Conclusion:

Raspberry chocolate supremes are a delicious and elegant dessert that is perfect for any occasion. They are easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences.
