2 lbs chuck steaks
1 lb hot Italian sausage
1 purple onion
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
1 (28 ounce) can fire-roasted tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans
1 cup water

Steps:

  • First chop and brown the chuck steak and set aside.
  • Second brown the sausage and set aside.
  • Next, saute the onion and garlic with seasonings.
  • Then add to the mixture the steak and sausage along with the tomatoes and simmer for 1 hour. Finally add in the drained beans and water and cook for 30 more minutes.

2 (28 ounce) cans peeled and diced tomatoes
2 cups diced onion
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 pound bacon, diced
2 pounds spicy sausage
3 pounds lean ground beef
1 (32 ounce) bottle hickory smoke barbeque sauce
½ cup chili powder
4 (15.25 ounce) cans kidney beans, undrained
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped

Steps:

Chili powder and hot sauce to taste
Crackers, cheese, onion, & sour cream as sides
SMALLER PORTIONS

1-2 cans (27 oz. each) Bush's Best Pinto Beans, undrained (depends on how beany you like it)
