Tips:

  • Choose the right cauliflower: For the best results, select a head of cauliflower that is firm and white, with no brown spots or blemishes.
  • Cut the cauliflower into small florets: This will help them roast evenly and get nice and crispy.
  • Season the cauliflower florets well: Be generous with the spices and herbs, as this will help to add flavor and depth to the dish.
  • Don't overcrowd the baking sheet: Make sure to leave some space between the cauliflower florets so that they can roast evenly.
  • Roast the cauliflower until it is tender and slightly charred: This will take about 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of the florets.
  • Make the sriracha cheese sauce: While the cauliflower is roasting, you can make the sriracha cheese sauce. Simply combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat until the cheese is melted and smooth.
  • Toss the roasted cauliflower in the sriracha cheese sauce: Once the cauliflower is done roasting, toss it in the sriracha cheese sauce until it is evenly coated.
