I used to frost it with white fluffy frosting, sprinkle it with shredded coconut and decorate it with a big red ribbon, like a Fluffy White Christmas Wreath, as she had a Christmas birthday. I lost my copy of the recipe and have been looking for it for years and was delighted to finally find it. I am posting it here so I never lose it again! It is a delicious cake with a lovely raspberry filling.

  • Season Your Food: Don't be afraid to season your food. Salt, pepper, and garlic are essential seasonings that can enhance the flavor of any dish.
  • Cook to the Correct Temperature: Use a meat thermometer to ensure that your meat is cooked to the correct temperature. This will help you avoid undercooked or overcooked meat.
  • Don't Crowd the Pan: When cooking meat or vegetables, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the food from cooking evenly.
  • Let Your Meat Rest: After cooking meat, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing or serving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful dish.
  • Garnish Your Dishes: A simple garnish can add a touch of elegance and sophistication to your dishes. Try using fresh herbs, lemon zest, or grated cheese.
