FANTASTIC SALMON LOAF (SALMON PARTY LOG)

Fantastic Salmon Loaf (Salmon Party Log) image

This is hands down the best salmon log I've ever had. My family makes it for every get together, and my boyfriend demands it randomly (and he doesn't like salmon!). You don't have to chill it for that long, just until it's set.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: Fresh, flavorful ingredients will make a big difference in the taste of your salmon party spread.
  • Don't overmix the spread: Overmixing can make the spread tough and dry. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill the spread before serving: Chilling the spread will help it to firm up and make it easier to spread.
  • Garnish the spread before serving: A garnish of fresh herbs, lemon zest, or capers will add a pop of color and flavor to your spread.
  • Serve the spread with crackers, bread, or vegetables: Salmon party spread is a versatile dish that can be served with a variety of accompaniments.
