  • Soften cream cheese. A good way to soften the cream cheese is to take it out of its wrapper, and microwave 30-40 seconds or until it's soft.

1 bag ( 12 oz) frozen cooked small shrimp
1 cup shredded mexican or fiesta blend cheese
1 (14 oz) container of fresh salsa(mild, medium, or hot)

  • 1. Lay each cream cheese block side by side in a sealable dish. Defrost shrimp by placing in a colandar and running cool water over them till they are nearly thawed all the way through. 1 box velveta chesse
1 jar(s) mild or medium salsa
1 1/2 lb hamburger or suasage your choice
1 1/2 c sour cream
