4 tablespoons unsalted butter
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
10 ounces peanut butter chips
4 cups mini marshmallows

Steps:

  • Line 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper. Spray with non stick cooking spray. Add half the peanuts. Set aside.
  • In a large pot over medium heat add butter and melt.
  • Add sweetened condensed milk and stir till completely combined.
  • Add peanut butter chips and continue to stir till melted.
  • Stir in marshmallows and cook till puffy. About a minute.
  • Remove from heat and pour into baking pan. Working quickly spread out.
  • Top with remaining peanuts. Press down gently.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.

2-1/2 tablespoons butter
2 cups peanut butter chips
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

2/3 cup light corn syrup
4 tablespoons butter

2 cups crisp rice cereal

  • -Preheat oven to 350 F; coat a 13x9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
