⅓ cup Frank's Red Hot Original
12 slices white sandwich bread
1 egg, whisked
¾ lb chicken, thin deli-sliced
½ cup ranch dressing
½ lb monterey jack cheese, thinly sliced
baby spinach, handful
ranch butter
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 tablespoons ranch dressing

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  • Lay out bacon slices on a parchment-lined sheet tray. Generously brush each slice with Frank's Red Hot Original. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until bacon is browned and cooked through. Drain bacon on a paper towel, keeping the hot sauce brushed side facing up. Set aside.
  • Place a large piece of plastic wrap on a large cutting board (the entire board should be covered with plastic). Place 1 slice of bread in the upper left corner of the board. Steps:

  • Place a slice of bread on top of a piece of plastic wrap on large cutting board. Brush the right edge of the bread with egg wash and place the left edge of another slice of bread over the brushed edge, pressing together firmly. 1 lobster tail approx 6 oz
16 shrimp - medium to large size
1 c cook crab meat - picked over for shells
1/2 c mayonnaise - real mayo and not miracle whip
1/4 c shredded cheddar cheese - medium or sharp
3 Tbsp chopped red or green onion - your choice
1/4 c chopped celery
1/4 c chopped cucumber
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1 Tbsp lemon juice - fresh is best if you have it
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp melted butter
4 hot dog buns
crisp lettuce
1 dash(es) hot sauce - if desired

  • 1. Place the lobster and the shrimp in a bowl and pour oil over all. Mix with hands until the seafood is coated. Place the lobster and shrimp on a hot grill and cook until done. Remove from grill and cool. When cooled, removed shells.
  • 2. Chop the lobster and shrimp into small pieces and place in medium bowl. Add crab and stir to mix. Add remaining ingredients except butter, buns, lettuce and hot sauce and mix well. Add mayonnaise until you get a good coating but do not saturate. Use more mayo if you need to.

1/2 cup chopped red onion

2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 large egg white
1 tablespoon water

Steps:

  • Combine loaves of dough and shape into one ball. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 90 minutes., In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the red pepper, onion, garlic salt and Italian seasoning. 1 loaf frozen bread dough
prepared mustard--your choice
10 slice deli ham
10 slice deli turkey
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • 1. I take a loaf of frozen dough out of the freezer in the morning. Grease a loaf pan and the top of the loaf. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit on the counter all day or until thawed--several hours.
  • 2. Heat oven to 350. Lightly flour your counter top and roll out the bread dough to a large rectangle--about 9x12 or so.
  • 3. Slather spicy mustard (or your choice of mustard) on the dough, then layer the ham, turkey, (or any other luncheon meat you like). Sprinkle shredded cheese over the meat. Roll up from the shorter end and place in your already greased loaf pan- seam side down.
