CREAMY FIESTA SPAGHETTI

Creamy Fiesta Spaghetti image

I love spaghetti casseroles and this one has more flavor with the chili powder in the sauce. The evaporated milk poured over the top melts into the cheese and makes it extra creamy.

Tips:

  • Choose high-quality ingredients: Fresh, flavorful ingredients will make a big difference in the final dish.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking the spaghetti, make sure to use a large enough pan so that the noodles have plenty of room to cook evenly.
  • Cook the spaghetti al dente: Al dente means "to the tooth" in Italian, and it refers to the ideal texture for cooked pasta. The pasta should be slightly firm to the bite, not mushy.
  • Use a flavorful sauce: The sauce is the key to a great spaghetti dish. Make sure to use a sauce that is rich in flavor and has the right amount of heat for your taste.
  • Add plenty of toppings: Top your spaghetti with your favorite toppings, such as grated Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh herbs, or crumbled bacon.
