Steps:
- Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well.
- In a large saucepan, combine the soup, sour cream, 1 cup cheese and 1 1/4 cups onions.
- Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until heated through. Stir in the broccoli.
- Pour into a greased 2-qt baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and onions. Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

- Trim the woody skin off the broccoli stem and slice the broccoli into nice long "trees". In a large saucepan, mix the water, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil over high heat. Add the broccoli and cover to steam. After 3 minutes, turn off the heat, and allow the broccoli to sit for another couple of minutes. Toss to coat and serve.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together broccoli, corn, and onions. Stir in sour cream, soup, and 1/4 cup shredded cheese. In a separate bowl, toss together stuffing mix and melted butter. Spread broccoli mixture into a 2 quart casserole dish and cover with stuffing mix.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until heated through and browned on top. Sprinkle remaining 1 3/4 cups cheese on top and bake an additional 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
