Tips:
- Use a variety of cheeses. This will give your quiche a more complex flavor. Some good options include cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Gruyère.
- Don't overcook the quiche. The eggs should be set, but still slightly runny in the center. Overcooked quiche will be dry and tough.
- Let the quiche cool slightly before serving. This will help it to hold its shape.
- Serve the quiche with a green salad or roasted vegetables. This will help to balance out the richness of the quiche.
Conclusion:
Sausage and bacon breakfast quiche is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for brunch or breakfast.
