1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
2 tablespoons butter, cut into chunks, plus more for baking dish

1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold, cut into small pieces
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

⅓ cup milk
