cooking spray
3 tablespoons cold water
1 tablespoon plain unflavored gelatin
¾ pound cooked shrimp, chopped
1 (12 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, flaked
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup mayonnaise

Steps:

  • Spray a mold with cooking spray.
  • Whisk water and gelatin together in a saucepan. Add soup and gently heat over medium-low heat until hot, about 5 minutes.

1 ½ cups fresh spinach leaves
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (10 ounce) jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
½ cup diced cooked shrimp
½ cup diced cooked crabmeat
⅓ cup sour cream
⅓ cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add spinach, cover, and cook until tender, 1 to 2 minutes. Drain in a colander, press to remove remaining moisture, and chop finely.
  • Place cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high until warm and soft, about 1 minute.
