SHRIMP CON QUESO
Chile con Queso made with Shrimp!! This is a winner at our house! I sometimes use the smaller salad shrimp (purchased frozen at Sam's club) and don't chop. Add more jalapeno or hot sauce, to taste.

Tips:
- Choose the right seafood: Use fresh, high-quality seafood that is firm and has a mild smell. Avoid seafood that is slimy or has an off odor.
- Cook the seafood properly: Seafood should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Overcooked seafood will be tough and chewy.
- Use a good quality cheese: The cheese is one of the most important ingredients in queso dip, so it's important to use a good quality cheese that melts well. Cheddar cheese is a classic choice, but you can also use Monterey Jack, Pepper Jack, or a blend of cheeses.
- Add some extra flavor: To give your queso dip extra flavor, you can add some chopped onions, peppers, cilantro, or jalapeños. You can also add a dash of cayenne pepper or chili powder for a little heat.
- Serve with your favorite dippers: Queso dip is perfect for serving with tortilla chips, pita bread, or vegetables. You can also use it as a topping for tacos, burritos, or nachos.
Conclusion:
Seafood queso dip is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack. It's perfect for parties, potlucks, or game days.
