½ cup butter
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon cooking oil
½ cup diced shallots
1 cup white wine
1 cup heavy cream
4 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste
