- 3. In large bowl combine flour, salt, Lawry's, Garlic powder, pepper, Italian Herb Seasoning, meat tenderizer, Accent, Hungarian paprika and ground Cayenne pepper. Stir until mixed well.

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients except water thoroughly in a bowl. Store in airtight container.
- If using chicken cut, skin and wash chicken. Roll in seasoned flour. Fry until light brown. Place in heavy pan with lid, adding water. Bake in 300 oven 45 minutes - 1 hour.
Tips:
- Always use a meat thermometer to ensure the pork chops are cooked to a safe internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Brining the pork chops in a mixture of water, salt, and sugar for at least 30 minutes before cooking will help keep them moist and flavorful.
- Use a heavy-bottomed skillet or grill pan to cook the pork chops. This will help prevent them from sticking and ensure even cooking.
- Sear the pork chops over high heat for a few minutes per side to create a nice crust. Then, reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking until the pork chops are cooked through.
- Rest the pork chops for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and juicy pork chop.

Whether you prefer them grilled, pan-fried, or baked, there's a recipe in this article that's sure to please everyone at your table.
