Tips:

  • Pork Loin: For the best results, select a pork loin that is boneless and skinless. This will make it easier to slice and cook evenly.
  • Marinade: Don't skip the marinating step! This helps infuse the pork with flavor and tenderize it.
  • Searing: Searing the pork before baking or grilling helps create a crispy outer layer and lock in the juices.
  • Cooking Time: Be careful not to overcook the pork, or it will become tough. Cook until an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) is reached, then let it rest before slicing.
  • Vegetables: For a more colorful and flavorful dish, experiment with different vegetables. Broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, and baby corn all pair well with pork.

With its sweet and savory flavors, melt-in-your-mouth texture, and versatility, sesame pork is a dish that is sure to please everyone at your table.
