2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced sweet red pepper
2 cups thinly sliced fresh shiitake mushrooms (about 4 ounces)
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
8 large eggs, beaten
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup shredded Manchego cheese
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

Steps:

  • In a large nonstick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and red pepper; cook and stir until crisp-tender, 2-3 minutes. ¼ cup white wine
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup chicken broth
½ cup heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

8 thin slices capicola sausage, chopped
8 thin slices spicy capicola sausage, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
1 tablespoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 ½ tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon chili-garlic sauce
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon white sugar
ground black pepper to taste
1 (12 inch) prepared whole wheat pizza crust
1 (12 ounce) jar giardiniera, drained and chopped into 1/4-inch pieces
1 cup shredded smoked Gouda cheese
1 cup grated Manchego cheese
