Tips:

  • Cook the rice properly: The rice should be cooked until it is tender but still has a slight bite to it. Overcooked rice will be mushy and unpleasant.
  • Use a well-seasoned wok: A well-seasoned wok will help to prevent the rice from sticking and will also add flavor to the dish.
  • Cook the rice in batches: If you are cooking a large amount of rice, cook it in batches to prevent it from becoming overcrowded in the wok.
  • Add the vegetables and other ingredients at the right time: The vegetables should be added to the wok first, followed by the eggs and meat. The rice should be added last.
  • Stir-fry the rice continuously: Stir-frying the rice continuously will help to prevent it from sticking to the wok and will also help to evenly distribute the flavors.
  • Season the rice to taste: Once the rice is cooked, season it to taste with salt, pepper, and other desired seasonings.
