Steps:
- Make dip:
- Stir together ingredients, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.

Add shrimp and toss until coated. Serve shrimp with dip and celery.
SPICY CREAM CHEESE AND SHRIMP DIP
This is a great recipe for parties and family gatherings. You can make it as spicy as you like, by changing the type of salsa you use. The best salsa to use is one that is chunky. I serve my dip with corn chips. I got the idea by attending a party where salsa was simply poured over blocks of cream cheese.

CREAMY SHRIMP, SPINACH AND GOAT CHEESE DIP
Adapted from a recipe from Firefly Farms, a maker of truly superior artisanal cheeses in Maryland. The cooking time is for thawing the spinach and chilling the dip. You can use reduced fat mayo and you can certainly spice it up some more, but I like the clean fresh taste this has.

Tips:
- Use fresh, high-quality shrimp. This will make a big difference in the flavor of the dip.
- Don't overcook the shrimp. They should be cooked through, but still tender.
- Use a good quality cheese. A sharp cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese will work well.
- Add some flavorings to the dip. Some good options include garlic, onion, paprika, and chili powder.
- Serve the dip warm. This will help the cheese to melt and the flavors to blend together.
- Serve the dip with crackers, chips, or vegetables.
Conclusion:
Shrimp and cheese dip is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that is perfect for any occasion. It can be served warm or cold, and it is always a crowd-pleaser.
