Tips:
- Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all of your ingredients and equipment ready to go. This will help you stay organized and avoid any scrambling.
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: The better the quality of your ingredients, the better your dish will taste. Try to use fresh seafood, vegetables, and herbs whenever possible.
- Don't overcook the seafood: Seafood cooks very quickly, so it's important to be careful not to overcook it. Overcooked seafood will be tough and chewy.
- Use a good quality pesto: The pesto is the star of this dish, so it's important to use a good quality one. You can either make your own pesto or buy a good quality store-bought pesto.
- Season to taste: Always taste your dish before serving and adjust the seasonings as needed. You may need to add more salt, pepper, or herbs to taste.
