2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (4.5 ounce) cans shrimp, rinsed and drained
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
½ teaspoon dried dill weed
1 dash vinegar-based hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup seafood cocktail sauce
12 ounces frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
3 green onions with tops, sliced

Steps:

Get out the crackers, and you better triple this recipe....you're going to need it ! (it's not just for the holidays) you'll be making it for every get together ...

2 tablespoons Miracle Whip (fat free is fine)
1 tablespoon catsup
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 dash garlic powder (garlic salt fine)

  • Melba is a really hard cracker its not easy to eat by some guests.
