2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat; saute shrimp and garlic just until shrimp turn pink, 3-5 minutes. 2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
2 lbs medium shrimp, uncooked, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup white wine or 1/2 cup chicken broth
2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced

Steps:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic in butter for 1 minute.
  • Add shrimp; cook for 4-5 minutes or until pink.

1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained well
3/4 cup mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
