CRANBERRY STUFFING
This is an original recipe for those who like trying something a little different. Using cranberries, walnuts, and golden raisins, you can make a stuffing that sweetens your Thanksgiving meal! I'm not actually sure how well it does when baked in a turkey. I find that putting stuffing in the bird tends to dry the bird.

Tips:
- Use different types of bread: Use a variety of breads, such as white, wheat, sourdough, or cornbread, to give the stuffing a complex flavor and texture.
- Toast the bread: Toasting the bread before adding it to the stuffing will help it absorb the other ingredients and prevent it from becoming soggy.
- Use fresh cranberries: Fresh cranberries add a tart and tangy flavor to the stuffing. If you can't find fresh cranberries, you can use frozen cranberries that have been thawed.
- Add some crunch: Toasted walnuts, pecans, or almonds add a nice crunch to the stuffing. You can also add chopped celery, carrots, or onions for a more savory flavor.
- Don't overcook the stuffing: The stuffing should be cooked until it is heated through, but not overcooked. Overcooked stuffing will be dry and crumbly.
