1 teaspoon salt

10 wooden skewers
3 lb chicken breast, cubed
2 red bell peppers, cut into 1-inch (2 1/2 cm) pieces
2 orange bell peppers, cut into 1-inch (2 1/2 cm) pieces
2 yellow bell peppers, cut into 1-inch (2 1/2 cm) pieces
2 green bell peppers, cut into 1-inch (2 1/2 cm) pieces
1 red onion, cut into 1-inch (2 1/2 cm) pieces
fresh cilantro, for garnish

Steps:

3/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/4 cup dry white wine (60 ml/2 fl.ozs. )
