1 pound ground beef cooked, drained
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. In a bowl, combine the sour cream, milk, and seasoning mix and stir until smooth. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat, add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes or until the mushrooms are browned. Remove the mushrooms from the skillet. 1 1/2 cups cooked frozen or fresh corn (2 to 3 ears)

Steps:

  • Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Add macaroni, and cook until tender according to package instructions. Drain in a colander, and set aside.
