BUFFALO CHICKEN SLOPPY JOES
Guaranteed to be an instant comfort food favorite. Inspired by a Rachel Ray recipe, I have modified it by adding a creamy and cheesy kick to it. You'll be dreaming about this dish. Feel free to play with the recipe. I put in the cream cheese and Cheddar to make it creamier. I am a huge fan of Buffalo Chicken Dip and wanted this dish to be similar.

BUFFALO SLOPPY JOES
Lean ground turkey makes this a lighter sloppy joe than the standard ground beef version. A hefty splash of hot sauce and optional blue cheese provide an authentic Buffalo-style flavor. -Maria Regakis, Saugus, Massachusetts

Tips:
- Choose the right ground beef: For the best flavor and texture, use ground chuck or sirloin with a fat content of 80/20.
- Brown the beef thoroughly: Cook the beef over medium-high heat until it is no longer pink. This will help to develop the flavor and prevent the beef from becoming dry.
- Use a variety of seasonings: Don't just stick to salt and pepper. Add some garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, or chili powder to give the beef a more complex flavor.
- Don't skimp on the sauce: The sauce is what makes sloppy joes so delicious. Be generous with the sauce and make sure to coat the beef evenly.
- Use a good bun: Sloppy joes are traditionally served on hamburger buns, but you can also use hoagie rolls or even bread slices.
- Top it off: Add some shredded cheese, diced onions, or pickles to your sloppy joes for an extra burst of flavor.
