Simply Fried Egg Sandwich image

Some times we just like a simple sammie. In my house we make each sammie the way the person wants, fried or scrambled.

2 eggs, fried or scrambled
2 slice bread
ketchup
mustard
dash(es) salt and pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Frist heat a frying pan over meduim heat. Perpare your eggs the way you want. Then cook them to your taste. Mine is fried over easy with a dash of salt & peppper.
  • 2. Next lay out your bread on a plate. drizzle the ketchup & mustard on the bread.
  • 3. Then place your egg on 1 slice & press the other side on.
