- Heat oven to 350°F. In large nonstick skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.

- Crumble the beef as it begins to brown. When about half of the beef is browned, add the onion, pepper, and carrots to the skillet. Continue cooking, stirring often, until the beef is cooked through.
- Drain the grease from the skillet.
- Whisk together the ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture into the skillet with the beef.

- Preheat oven to 375°. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, corn, water and sloppy joe seasoning; cook over medium heat until bubbly.
