Steps:

  • Combine all the steak marinade ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Marinate the steak for 30 minutes.

1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes with garlic and onion, undrained
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium green pepper, julienned
1 medium sweet red pepper, julienned
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
12 flour tortillas (6 inches), warmed
